Lovington sits in Webster Township, Polk County — a small, unincorporated place without the kind of documented history or landmarks that a lot of the towns on this list have. That's fine. Not every community needs a historic downtown or a founding story to be worth doing good work in. What matters is that there are real homes and properties out here, and they deserve the same standard of work as anywhere else on our list.
